Vintage Panthère de Cartier Necklace

A beautiful vintage Panthère de Cartier necklace set in 18k yellow gold.

The necklace is composed of a single line of 31 brick links. Centrally set within the necklace is a polished yellow gold crouching panther. The panther is set with a diamond collar, tsavorite garnet eye, and hold a diamond set hoop in its paws.

The Panthère brick link design is a timeless Cartier favourite due to how the links lie flat and comfortably on the neck. Because each aspect is an individual articulated link, once on we see these lovely grooves which has a beautiful effect and emphasises the contrast of the gold colouring. The panther sits lovely and proud on the neck.

The necklace is secured with a push tongue clasp. Additionally, the piece is fitted with a hidden safety clasp.

There is a total of 32 round brilliant cut diamonds that have a total carat weight of 0.23 carats. These diamond are estimated G/H in colour with VS clarity.The necklace measures 15 inches (38 centimetres) in length and there is a gross weight of 36.5 grams. The necklace can be extended upon request! The panther itself measures 5.3 x 1.5 centimetres (from the widest points). The necklace is signed and hallmarked Cartier, 750, with the serial number AKA321. The piece is not accompanied with a Cartier box or papers, but it is supplied with our own valuation for insurance and authenticity.
