The pendant is designed as a heart pave-set throughout with round brilliant-cut diamonds, to a fancy openwork gallery with heart-shape motifs, secured with a fixed yellow gold bail to the top. The pendant is on a cable link chain necklace, also in 18-karat yellow gold, secured with a lobster clasp fitting. Dimensions: 1.7×1.4cm (with bail).
