Shipping options depend on your delivery address, items will generally be sent Royal Mail Next Day to the UK and FedEx to the rest of the world. This may change depending on the value of the items.

Delivery to United Kingdom is Free of Charge
Delivery to Europe is £30, or free if over £5000
Delivery to USA and Canada is £100, or free if over £5000

Delivery to the Rest of the World is a bespoke service. Please contact us to arrange this.

Please note that a personalised creation for example: engraving or ring size adjustment will require a longer delivery time.

You will receive an email with your tracking number after your purchase has been dispatched.

The Susannah Lovis Ltd website offers delivery only to countries listed in the Terms and Conditions of Sale. If you have a shipping and billing address in a country not listed in the Terms and Conditions of Sale, we invite you to contact a Sales Consultant for assistance.

Return & Exchange Policy

The below country specific terms are the standard terms in which we sell products. We appreciate that jewellery is often purchased as a gift and that in cases like these the below timings might not be appropriate. We are more than happy to discuss special and specific terms for your order if the standard terms are not appropriate for you (for example extending the returns window). Please contact us prior to making a purchase.

United Kingdom

All items sold on our website and delivered to the United Kingdom may be returned to us for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery provided that they are returned to us in the same condition that they were received. This does not affect your Statutory Rights. Items that have been engraved, customised or modified at your request may not be returned or exchanged.

United States of America

All items sold on our website and delivered to the United States may be returned to us for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery provided that they are returned to us in the same condition that they were received. Items that have been engraved, customised or modified at your request may not be returned or exchanged.

The rest of the World

All items sold on our website and delivered may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery provided that they are returned to us in the same condition that they were received. Items that have been engraved, customised or modified at your request may not be returned or exchanged.

If your item is defective please contact us for a returns label. In all other cases it is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay for postage (including insurance). We recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery.
