A Belle Epoque opal and diamond pendant in platinum and gold, featuring an oval cabochon white opal claw-set on a platinum open-back scalloped collet, suspending from a rose-cut diamond-set platinum wreath that surrounds it, atop a similarly-set heart-shape cabochon white opal at the bottom. The pendant is hanging from a platinum belcher-link chain through a diamond-set hoop, the chain secured with a spring clasp fitting. Length of pendant 4.2cm. Length of chain 41cm. Weight 10.9g.
