Vintage Cartier Chunky Diamond Necklace in Tri-Coloured Gold

A beautiful and elegant Cartier chunky pendant necklace set in 18k tri-coloured gold.

From a now discontinued Cartier collection, the necklace is firstly composed of a chunky woven chain made of tri-coloured gold. The chain has a fantastic weight to it and centrally hangs a beautiful teardrop diamond set pendant. The pendant hangs freely from a diamond set bail and matches the chain subtly by having tri-coloured bands above the diamond detailing.

Due to the design it could easily be worn by itself as a standalone piece or stacked up amongst other jewellery. The use of tri-coloured gold allows the piece to be paired with a variety of jewellery colours and styles making it a perfect contender for everyday wear.

The necklace is secured with a push tongue clasp.

There is an estimated total diamond weight of 0.55 carats, estimated F/G in colour with VVS-VS clarity. The necklace measures exactly 40 centimetres in length and 0.5 centimetres in width. For size reference the pendant aspect measures 2.0 x 2.8 and there is a gross weight of exactly 48.1 grams. The piece is signed and stamped Cartier, 750, with the serial number 716553.
