A beautiful late Victorian citrine and old mine cut diamond brooch set in 14k yellow gold.

The brooch is centrally set with a vibrant mixed oval cut citrine which is claw set securely. Surrounding the citrine is a cluster/halo of old mine cut diamonds which beautifully enhance the colouring of the central stone! To the edges of the brooches we see this scrolled design which echo’s the Victorian era perfectly. The brooch is secured to reverse with a pin and roller clasp fitting.

There is an estimated total citrine weight of 7.73 carats. There is an estimated total diamond weight of 1.00 carats, estimated to range from H-I in colour with VS-SI clarity. The brooch measures 2.4 x 2.1 centimetres and has a total weight of 6.3 grams. A valuation for insurance will outline the details of the piece. Circa 1910’s.
