A beautiful vintage Cartier blue sapphire and ruby flower brooch set in 18k yellow gold.
The brooch depicts a beautiful flower display and secured to reverse with a double pin fitting. Each flower is set to the centre with a vibrant cabochon ruby and the leaves are also set with a mix of oval and pear cut blue sapphires.
Due to the design and size, this brooch would look fantastic for a variety of occasions!
For size reference the brooch measures 2.4 x 2.8 centimetres and there is a gross weight of 7.7 grams. There is a total ruby weight of 0.60 carats. There is a total blue sapphire weight of 0.45 carats. The brooch is signed and hallmarked on the back ; Cartier, 750, c1994, with the serial number C47845. French hallmarks can also be found.
