Vintage Tiffany & Co. Fireworks Tahitian Pearl Necklace

A beautiful vintage Tiffany & Co. ‘Fireworks’ Tahitian pearl and diamond pendant necklace set in platinum.

From the now discontinued ‘Fireworks collection, the pendant is predominantly composed of a 10-millimetre cultured Tahitian pearl. The pearl is capped with a firework motif which is pave set with round brilliant cut diamonds. The pendant hangs from an articulated diamond set bail on an 18-inch platinum trace chain.

Due to the size and design this pendant could be worn for a variety of occasions. The Tahitian pearl has a beautiful metallic lustre to it and is perfectly accentuated but the twinkly diamonds. The contrast between the two is simply divine and the pearl really stands out once on the neck.

There is a total of 22 diamonds in the necklace having a combined diamond weight of 0.14 carats. These diamonds are G in colour with VS clarity. For size reference the pendant measures 10 x 13 millimetres (bail included) and there is a gross weight of 4.7 grams. Lastly, both pendant and chain are signed and hallmarked Tiffany & Co. PT950.
