Vintage Paloma Picasso for Tiffany & Co. ‘Torsade’ Pearl Choker

A magnificent vintage Paloma Picasso for Tiffany & Co. pearl twisted choker necklace.

From a discontinued Paloma Picasso collection, the necklace is composed of a staggering total of 781 cultured pearls, all being perfectly matched in size, colour and lustre. The pearls are divided amongst eight strands which are designed to intertwine to create an elegant choker. The necklace is fastened with a simple silver hook clasp.

Due to how the necklace is designed it could be worn for a variety of occasions. The intertwined choker echo’s the Art Deco era beautifully and the necklace looks superb once on the neck.

The necklace measures 15-inches in length and the pearls measure 6-5-millimetres in size. There is a gross weight of 204.1 grams. The necklace is signed and hallmarked on a solid silver clasp: Tiffany & Co. 925. Paloma Picasso.
