Vintage Cartier GIA Certified 1.08ct Oval Diamond Trinity Ring

A beautiful vintage Cartier oval diamond solitaire trinity ring set in 18k yellow, white and rose gold.

The ring is centrally set with a GIA-certified oval brilliant-cut diamond, which is securely claw set. The stone is set in a slightly raised open back setting that flows nicely to a 5-millimetre band. Due to the size and design, this could be paired nicely with a wedding and/or eternity band. Alternatively, the piece would make a fabulous cocktail ring.

The diamond is graded as 1.08 carats, F in colour with VS2 clarity (GIA report: 1488091191). For size reference, the ring is currently a Cartier size 48 (UK size I ½, USA size 4 ½), but this can be resized for a perfect fit. The head of the ring measures approximately 0.75 centimetres in length and 0.6 centimetres in width. The ring has a gross weight of 5.1 grams.

The ring is hallmarked Cartier, 48, 750 (for 18k gold), 1.08 (for diamond weight), with the serial number 702220. Lastly, this piece is accompanied by the original certificate and GIA Diamond Grading Report, as well as a valuation for insurance and authenticity.
