Certified Vintage Cartier D-Colour Emerald Cut Cluster Ring

A beautiful certified vintage Cartier emerald cut cluster ring set in platinum.

The piece is predominately set with a sparkly certified D-colour emerald cut diamond which is securely four claw set amongst a cluster of pear cut diamonds. The pear cut diamonds have been perfectly selected to fit around the emerald cut and elongates the design beautifully. All the pear cut diamonds are subtly five claw set in an open back setting allowing the light to pass through the stones for maximum sparkle!

The true beauty of this piece all lies in the design! The stones have been set in a wire style setting which is incredibly secure however does not attract from the diamond cluster motif! This design is all about the diamonds and looks elegant on the hand!

The central emerald cut diamond is certified by the LFG (Paris) as being 1.65 carats, D in colour with VVS2 clarity (report number 372339). The additional eight pear cut diamonds have an additional carat weight of 3.12 carats, estimated E/F in colour with VVS clarity. The ring is currently a Cartier finger size 49 (UK finger size J ½, USA size 4 ¾) but this can be resized for a perfect fit. The ring has a total weight of 6.6 grams.

For size reference, the head of the ring measures 1.6 x 1.8 centimetres. The piece is accompanied by a complimentary valuation for insurance and proof of ownership purposes. Additionally, the ring is accompanied by a past Cartier repair slip where it went for a assessment and polish, this acts as additional authentication!
