A truly remarkable certified old cut diamond single solitaire ring set in 18k yellow gold.
The ring is solely set with an outstanding 7.01 carat round old cut diamond. The diamond is double four claw-set in a yellow gold open gallery setting which flows nicely to slightly raised shoulders.
The true beauty of this piece all lies in the design and the focal point which is the stunning central diamond. The diamond has been reset in a beautifully handcrafted modern mounting, and the stone is a true one-of-a-kind! Hand cut over 100 years ago means the stone is unique, making this a rare piece to come across.
The diamond is IDRC certified as being 7.01 carats, N in colour with SI2 clarity. The ring is currently a UK finger size O ½ (USA approximate size 7 ½) but this can be resized upon request for a perfect fit.
As well as a IDRC certificate the ring is also accompanied by a full valuation for insurance and authenticity purposes performed by our in-house registered valuer (FIRV).
