A beautiful vintage Mauboussin mother of pearl heart necklace set in 18k yellow gold.
The necklace is composed of 30 individual brushed yellow gold heart motif links, connected together via an articulated fastening. Towards the centre aspect of the necklace seven of the heart are set with a carved piece of white mother of pearl which creates a lovely contrast once on. The mother of pearl has a fantastic lustre to it and all of the carved pieces have been beautifully matched!
The necklace is secured with a push tongue clasp.
The necklace measures exactly 42 centimetres in length and 1.2 centimetres in width. There is a gross weight of exactly 97.1 grams. The piece is signed and stamped Mauboussin Paris, 18kt, with the serial number P19944.
