A lovely pair of opal stud earrings set in 18k yellow gold.
Each earring is solely set with an oval cut opal which is encased in a simple rub over setting. The setting of the opals and the absence of claws allows the wearer to leave these earrings in without worrying that they will catch on clothing.
The play of colour in these earrings is fantastic and they look beautiful once on the earlobe. Due to their design and size these earrings have so much versatility and could easily be worn for everyday or dressed up for more special occasions.
The earrings measure 0.6 x 0.9 centimetres and have a combined weight of 2.0 grams. They are secured to reverse with post and butterfly fittings. There is a total opal weight of 0.90 carats.
