A beautiful pair of vintage Art Deco jade, pearl and diamond drop earrings set in silver on gold.
Each earring is predominantly composed of a carved open circle of jade, which hangs freely from a diamond set bail. The jade colouring is beautiful and is extremely vibrant when hanging from the ear. The diamond set bail hangs from a floral-esque design which is composed of two old cut diamond set petals and a lustrous baroque pearl. They are secured to reverse with post and butterfly fittings.
Due to the size and design these earrings stand out beautifully on the ear and could be worn for a variety of occasions.
There is an estimated total diamond weight of 0.20 carats, estimated as G-I in colour with VS-SI clarity. For size reference each earring measures 3.3 centimetres in length (the jade ring has a diameter of 2.1 centimetres) and there is a gross weight of 7.8 grams. Due to their age and provenance the earrings are not hallmarked but have been tested. A complimentary valuation for insurance and authenticity will be provided
