Diamond Door Knocker Drop Earrings Set in 18k White and Yellow

A beautiful vintage pair of diamond door knocker dangly earrings set in 18k yellow and white gold.

Each earring is composed of two rings which hang from a central diamond frame. The central frame acts as a hinge fitting allowing each ring or ‘knocker’ to move freely once worn. The pair have a staggering total of 182 round brilliant cut diamonds all of which are milgrain set in 18k white gold.

The beauty of these earrings lies in the design. All of the diamonds are set in an open back setting meaning that although they have a substantial carat weight they are extremely light weight and incredibly comfortable once on the ear. The mixture of the yellow and white gold gives the wearer that versatility to wear these earrings with a variety of different coloured jewellery.
