A vintage 1968 Rolex Oyster Perpetual DateJust stainless steel wristwatch with automatic movement.
The watch features a 36-millimetre stainless steel case and matching jubilee bracelet. The watch has a fluted bezel with a rare dial. The dial was originally a rare black gloss gilt dial, which over time has turned to a ‘tropical brown’ colour due to a defect in Rolex paint used in the 1960’s. The watch features stainless steel hands and applied line markers. The watch has a plexiglass crystal with a cyclops date feature. The watch is in superb condition and could easily be worn everyday.
This watch has been fully serviced by our inhouse Rolex and comes with a 2-year warranty. Additionally, all our watches are provided with a complimentary valuation for insurance purposes.
