A extremely stylish vintage Cartier Tank Americaine Chronograph watch in 18k yellow gold with quartz movement.
The watch features a 28 x 45-millimetre 18ct yellow gold case with an off-cream dial, Roman numerals, chronograph sub dials and sapphire glass. The watch is quartz movement and the crown is set with a faceted blue sapphire, a signature of Cartier! The watch sits on a matching Cartier solid yellow gold strap which is fitted with the modern deployant clasp. The face spreads beautifully across the wrist and could easily be worn for everyday wear.
