Vintage Tiffany & Co. Sapphire and Diamond Heart Pendant

A beautiful vintage Tiffany & Co. sapphire and diamond openwork heart pendant necklace set in 18k yellow gold.

From the now discontinued ‘Sentimental’ collection, the pendant is set with exactly 10 sparkly round brilliant cut diamonds and 10 round cut blue sapphires; all of which are claw set within a heart shape motif. The pendant hangs from a soldered yellow gold trace chain which measures 16-inches in length.

There is a total diamond weight of 0.20 carats. These diamonds are estimated to range from G-H in colour with VVS clarity. There is an estimated total sapphire weight of 0.45 carats and all the sapphires have been beautifully matched in colour. For size reference the pendant measures 1.5 x 1.7 centimetres and has a gross weight of exactly 3.3 grams. The pendant is signed and hallmarked on both pendant and chain Tiffany & Co., 750.
