A beautiful vintage Elsa Peretti for Tiffany & Co. open heart diamond necklace in solid 18k yellow gold.
The pendant depicts the iconic Elsa Peretti open heart design and is set with 5 graduating round brilliant cut diamonds. The pendant currently hangs from a Tiffany 16-inch yellow gold trace chain which is included with the price.
Due to the size and design this piece would be perfect for wearing for a variety of occasions. The pendant could easily be worn for everyday or, alternatively, dressed up for more special occasions.
