Vintage Panthère de Cartier Pendant on Trinity Chain Necklace

A beautiful vintage Panthère de Cartier Lacquer and tsavorite garnet pendant necklace set in 18k yellow gold.

The necklace predominantly features a yellow gold disc which has been beautifully handcrafted with openwork detailing and enamel inlay. This beautiful black enamel inlay depicts Cartier’s iconic panther motif. The design is simple yet incredibly effective and the contrast of the black and gold colouring is extremely striking once on the neck. Lastly the panther is rub over set with a singular pear cut green tsavorite garnet. The pendant hangs on a 22-icnh three stranded Cartier trinity chain which complements the panther disc nicely.

Due to the elegance of the design this piece could be worn for a variety of occasions. It could easily be worn as an everyday piece of jewellery, or alternatively, dressed up for more special occasions.

The pendant is signed and hallmarked Cartier, 750, with the serial number 47557A. Circa 2008.
