A beautiful vintage Cartier ‘Panthère De Cartier’ panther pendant necklace set in 18k white gold.
The pendant depicts Cartier’s most iconic motif, the panther, made of geometric openwork yellow gold and set with two pear cut tsavorite garnet eyes. The panther elegantly hangs from a Cartier 65-centimetre-long chain.
Due to the design this pendant could be worn for a variety of occasions. The panther stands out beautifully once around the neck and the tsavorite provide the perfect amount of sparkle. The pendant does include the chain, and both are marked Cartier.
For size reference the panther head motif measures 2.5 x 3.0 centimetres and there is a gross weight of 30.4 grams. The pendant is signed and hallmarked Cartier, 750, with the serial number BYS913.
