Vintage GIA Certified Cartier ‘Ballerine’ Diamond Ring

A beautiful vintage Cartier ‘Ballerine’ diamond ring set in platinum.

The piece prominently features a beautiful 0.18 carat round brilliant diamond. The diamond is four claw set to centre and sided by tulip styled shoulders which are set with two diamonds each. The diamonds are set in a raised gallery which flows round nicely to a 2mm shank.

The true beauty of this piece all lies in the design. The elegant side shoulders make this simple solitaire a little more special, and they perfectly compliment the central diamond. Due to the setting being slightly raised, the ring can be easily paired with a wedding and / or eternity band.

The diamond is 0.18 carats in total and is GIA certified E in colour, and graded as internally flawless! There is an additional diamond weight of 0.08 carats. The ring is currently a UK finger size M 1/2 (which converts to a USA size 6 1/4) but this can be resized upon request for a perfect fit. The ring is accompanied with its GIA certificate dated the 26th of October 2015.

For size reference the head of the ring measures 0.5 x 0.8 centimetres and there is a gross weight of 3.6 grams. With the purchase comes a complimentary valuation for authenticity and insurance purposes. The ring is accompanied with its original Cartier certificate dated the 5th of October 2017.
