Vintage Cartier Sapphire and Diamond Eternity Band Ring

A beautiful vintage Cartier diamond and sapphire eternity band ring set in 18k yellow gold.

The band is composed of alternating panels of sapphires and diamonds, separated by intricate bands of gold. The contrast of the polished gold against the sapphires and diamonds is superb and allows the ring to be worn for a variety of occasions.

There is an estimated total diamond weight of 0.24 carats. These diamonds are estimated to be G-H in colour with VVS clarity. There is an estimated sapphire weight of 0.30 carats.
