An incredibly beautiful vintage Cartier sapphire and diamond Baignoire yellow gold manual wind dress watch.
The watch features a 34 x 24-millimetre 18k yellow gold case with an original Cartier silk strap and Cartier buckle. The watch has a porcelain white dial, manual wind movement and a sapphire crystal glass. Notably the case is claw set with an array of sparkly round brilliant cut diamonds and marquise blue sapphires. The subtly twinkling from the stones makes this piece an extremely elegant dress watch.
