A beautiful vintage Cartier Maillon Panthère diamond ring set in 18k yellow gold.
The ring is composed of solid yellow gold curved links, connected in the iconic Maillon Panthère brick link design. This particular design is the five-row ring with half links set with 75 round brilliant-cut diamonds, which stands out beautifully on the finger.
The Maillon Panthère brick link design is a timeless Cartier favourite due to how the links fit comfortably on the finger. Because each aspect is an individual articulated link, once on, these lovely grooves have a beautiful effect and emphasise the contrast of the gold colouring. The diamonds bring the ring a perfect amount of sparkle.
The estimated total weight of the diamonds is 1.12 carats, with F-G colour and VVS-VS clarity. For size reference, the ring is currently a Cartier size 53 (UK size M ½, USA size 6 ¼). Due to the design, this ring cannot be resized. It has a gross weight of 19.6 grams.
The necklace is signed and hallmarked Cartier, 53, 750 (for 18k gold), with the serial number 659990. Lastly, a valuation for insurance and authenticity will accompany this piece.
