A beautiful vintage Cartier ‘Ellipse’ emerald band ring set in 18k yellow gold.
From the now discontinued Ellipse collection, the ring is solely set with a vibrant oval cut green emerald. The emerald is securely bezel set within a 4-millimetre chunky band.
Due to the design and size this ring could be worn for a variety of occasions. The piece could be worn by itself as a stand-alone piece, or alternatively stacked up amongst other pieces.
There is an estimated total emerald weight of 0.35 carats. The ring is currently a Cartier size 50, UK finger size K (USA finger size 5 1/4) due to the design this cannot be resized. The ring is signed and hallmarked Cartier, 750, with the serial number O52328. Circa 1992. The ring weighs 9.3 grams.
