Cartier Neptune Diamond Hoop Earrings in 18k Yellow Gold

A rather beautiful pair of Cartier Neptune large vintage diamond side hoop earrings set in 18k yellow gold.
Each earring is composed of 13 rows of waved round brilliant cut diamonds within a side hoop motif shape. Although a larger pair of hoops; these have been cleverly designed so that all the diamonds are set in open back setting. This minimises the amount of metal used within the earrings making the pair extremely comfortable and light weight on the ear lobes.
There is a grand total of 300 round brilliant cut diamonds between the pair having an approximate total carat weight of 6.15 carats. Estimated to be E-F in colour with VS clarity. The earrings measure exactly 4 x 3.7 centimetres and have a combined weight of exactly 38.3 grams.
