Vintage 2.48ct Emerald-Cut Diamond Five-Stone Ring in Platinum

A beautiful emerald-cut diamond five-stone ring set in platinum.

The ring is centrally set with a breath-taking 2.48 carat emerald cut diamond which is securely claw set to centre. Siding the central stone are graduating baguette cut diamonds which perfectly compliment the emerald cut. All the stones are set in a slightly raised open back setting that flows round nicely to a 3-millimetre platinum band.

Due to the size and design this could be paired nicely with a wedding and/or eternity band. Alternatively, the piece would make a fabulous cocktail ring.

The central diamond is graded 2.48 carats, K in colour with VS2 clarity (GIA report: 6237427909). The side stones are estimated to have a combined diamond weight of 0.40 carats. For size reference, the ring is currently a UK finger size L ½ (USA size 6), but this can be resized for a perfect fit. For size reference the head of the ring measures 1.0 x 1.6 centimetres and there is a total weight of 8.3 grams.

The ring is stamped PT950 (for platinum). Lastly, this piece is accompanied by a GIA Diamond Grading Report for the central diamond, as well as a valuation for insurance and authenticity.
