A lovely vintage pair of Picchiotti diamond heart earrings set in 18k yellow gold.

From a discontinued collection; each earring is composed of a pave set diamond heart, bordered with a ridged design. Each heart is set with exactly 31 round brilliant cut diamonds which sparkle elegantly once on the ear lobe. shell motif. The shells are set in polished yellow gold which look fantastic once on the ear. The earrings are secured to reverse with a post and omega clip fitting.
