Vintage 1950’s Floral Diamond Spray Earrings

A beautiful pair of floral spray diamond clip on earrings set in 18k yellow gold and platinum.

Each earring is composed of a fluted ribbon surmount in yellow gold, accented with a spray of three flowers blooming inside. Each flower is composed of a polished yellow gold stem and a platinum trefoil head set with Transitional round brilliant-cut and round brilliant-cut diamonds. Each flower is further decorated with a solitaire round brilliant-cut diamond. The earrings are secured to reverse with an omega clip fitting.

Due to their design the earrings could be worn for a variety of occasions. They could easily be worn for everyday or alternatively dressed up for more special occasions. The clips can be adjusted for those with pierced ears – please inquire.

There is an estimated total diamond weight of 1.26 carats. These diamonds are estimated to be F-H in colour with VS-SI clarity. For size reference the earrings measure 2.5 x 2.3 centimetres and there is a combined weight of 12.32 grams. The earrings are both marked with French hallmarking’s for platinum and gold. Circa 1955.
