GIA Certified Pear Cut Drop Earrings

A beautiful pair of contemporary GIA certified diamond drop earrings set in platinum.

Each earring is firstly composed of a pear brilliant cut diamond which is three claw set securely. Descending from the diamond is a larger GIA certified pear brilliant cut diamond, again set in a three claw setting. The earrings are secured to reverse with a post and alpha back fitting.

Due to the size and design these earrings have a spectacular presence on the lobe and could be worn for a variety of occasions. The diamonds are on an articulated drop so they move with the wearer and sparkle from all angles.

The two largest pear cut diamonds are both GIA certified and perfectly matched. They are 0.70 carats each, G in colour, with SI1 clarity (report numbers: 6415779034 and 5406670774). The remaining pear cut diamonds are 0.30 carats each, G in colour, estimated VS-SI clarity. There is a total diamond weight of 2 carats within the earrings. For size reference the earrings measure 1.7 centimeters in length and there is a gross weight of 4.5 grams. Both earrings are hallmarked 950, for platinum with British London markings.
