Diamond, Ruby and Black Enamel Tiger Pin Brooch

A beautiful diamond, ruby and black enamel tiger pin brooch set in 18k yellow and white gold.

This truly stunning piece depicts and walking tiger and is pavé set throughout with 258 round brilliant cut diamonds. The design within this tiger is remarkable and the maker has carefully designed the tiger so that it looks like its walking towards you once worn. Amongst the pavé set diamonds are various inlays of black enamel which creates a fabulous contrast in the design. Lastly, the tiger is accented with a pinkish-red coloured cabochon red ruby eye and three white gold whiskers which also come out of the brooch to give the piece more dimension.

Due to the size and design this brooch would be a perfect addition to a jumper and/or coat.

The brooch is secured to reverse with a hinged pin and barrel clasp fitting. It measures exactly 5.0 x 4.1 centimetres (from the widest points) and has a gross weight of 29.5 grams. There is a total diamond weight of 2.63 carats which are estimated to be G-H in colour with VS1-VS2 clarity. The brooch is handmade in England and is hallmarked 18k gold.
