A beautiful ruby eyed Dachshund dog brooch set in 18k yellow gold.
The brooch depicts a standing Dachshund; which is set with two vibrant round cabochon ruby eyes. The Dachshunds body has been handcrafted and beautifully detailed with brushed and engraved aspects that depict the little dog’s fur. The dog is set with 11 round brilliant cut diamonds in the collar which adds a beautiful sparkle. The piece is secured to reverse with a roller clasp pin fitting.
Due to the design and the vibrancy of the ruby eyes, this piece beautifully stands out when worn on either a jumper, jacket or shirt. A perfect gift for a dog lover!
There is an total diamond weight of 0.06 carats ranging G-H in colour with VVS clarity. For size reference the brooch measures approximately 2.3 x 3.5 centimetres (from the widest points) and there is a gross weight of 14.3 grams. The dog is hallmarked 18k gold.
