A unique vintage vinaigrette made of 18k yellow gold from early 19th century.
The vinaigrette features a beautifully pierced grille engraved with a foliate design. The rest of it has the engine turned on on the top sides and bottom, with a bionic central cartouche on the lid and an embossed floral thumbpiece catch.
For size reference, the vinaigrette measures approximately 3.3 centimetres in width, 2.5 centimetres in length and 0.9 centimetres in thickness, with a gross weight of 20.77 grams.
The vinaigrette is stamped with the maker’s mark JL. It is tested and valued as 18k gold. Lastly, a valuation for insurance and authenticity will accompany this piece.
