Vintage 1970’s Diamond Half Hoop Clip Earrings

A lovely pair of vintage 1970’s diamond half hoop clip on earrings set in 18k yellow gold and platinum.

Each earring is composed of seven stylised polished yellow gold panels. Interspersed within the stylised design are two platinum panels which are pavé horizontally with 12 round brilliant cut diamonds.

Due to the size and design these would make a perfect pair of every day earrings. Although fairly large in size, the earrings are incredibly light weight making them extremely comfortable to wear for long periods of time.

The earrings are secured to reverse with a simple gold clip fitting. These can have posts added for pierced ears upon request. There is an estimated total diamond weight of 0.48 carats. These diamonds are estimated to be G-H in colour with VS clarity. For size reference the earrings measure 2.0 X 1.4 centimetres and have a combined weight of 14.7 grams.
