A beautiful vintage Cartier Baignoire diamond dress watch in 18k yellow gold.
Referred to as the ‘Baignoire Mini’, the watch features a 25 x 18-millimetre 18k yellow gold case with an original solid yellow gold strap and Cartier fastening. The case is pave set with over 100 round brilliant cut diamonds which creates this beautiful twinkle once worn. The watch has an off white dial, quartz movement and a sapphire crystal glass.
