Vintage Tiffany & Co. Sapphire and Diamond Three Stone Ring

A beautiful vintage Tiffany & Co. blue sapphire and diamond three stone ring set in platinum.

The piece is predominantly set with an oval cut blue sapphire which is securely four-claw set to centre. To either side of the central sapphire are two perfectly matched round brilliant cut diamonds; set identically in four claw open back settings.

Once on the piece truly comes to life! Due to the design and the stones being slightly raised on the hand this ring can perfect be placed next to a wedding and/or eternity band. The combination of the blue sapphire against the side stones is extremely elegant and pairs beautifully with the platinum band.

The central sapphire has a total weight of exactly 1.13 carats. Both side stones are a perfect match having an estimated total diamond weight of 0.10 carats, G-H in colour with VVS-VS clarity. The ring is currently a UK finger size L, USA finger size 5 ¾, but this can be resized for a perfect fit.

Lastly, the ring is stamped IRID PLAT (Iridium Platinum – used in the USA),1.13, TIFFANY & CO. For size reference the head of the ring measures 0.7 x 0.9 centimetres and there is a gross weight of 3.2 grams.
