Vintage Myst de Cartier Rock Crystal and Diamond Ring

A beautiful vintage Cartier rock crystal and diamond dress ring from the Myst de Cartier collection set in 18k yellow gold.

The ring is set with an array of round brilliant cut diamonds with an overlay of clear rock on top. This is the encased in a rubover set yellow gold setting. The piece looks truly stunning once on the hand and resembles a crystal ball.

There is an estimated total diamond weight of 1.50 carats. The ring is currently a Cartier size 53 (UK finger size M 1/2, USA finger size 6 1/4) but this cannot be resized. For sizing reference, the ring measures exactly 2.0 x 1.0 centimetres at the widest point and has a gross weight of 14.9 grams.
