A beautiful pair of vintage Cartier panther earrings set in 18k yellow gold.
Each earring depicts the iconic Cartier motif, the panther, and are made of solid yellow gold. They are designed to perch on the wearers ear with the paws clutching the lobe elegantly. Each panther face is set with two pear cut emeralds for eyes and an adorable onyx nose. They are secured to reverse with a post and omega fitting.
Due to the size and style these earrings could be worn for a variety of occasions!
There is an estimated total emerald weight of 0.20 carats. For size reference each earrings measures 2.0 x 1.1 centimetres and there is a gross weight of 10.1 grams. Each earring is signed and hallmarked with Cartier, 750, with matching serial numbers 772023. The earrings are accompanied with their box but no papers – a valuation for insurance and authenticity with be provided.
