Vintage Cartier GIA Certified 0.55ct Diamond Trinity Ring

A beautiful vintage Cartier diamond solitaire trinity ring set in 18k yellow, white and rose gold.

The ring is centrally set with a GIA-certified round brilliant-cut diamond, which is securely claw set. The stone is set in a slightly raised open back setting that flows nicely to a 4-millimetre band. Due to the size and design, this could be paired nicely with a wedding and/or eternity band. Alternatively, the piece would make a fabulous cocktail ring.

The diamond is graded as 0.55 carats, F in colour with VVS1 clarity (GIA report: 8588307). For size reference, the ring is currently a Cartier size 52 (UK size L ½-, USA size 6), but this can be resized for a perfect fit. The head of the ring measures approximately 0.5 centimetres in diameter. The ring has a gross weight of 4.0 grams.

The ring is hallmarked Cartier, 52, 750 (for 18k gold), 0.55 (for diamond weight), with the serial number 687171. Lastly, this piece is accompanied by the original certificate (dated 1997), GIA Diamond Grading Report (dated 1995) and box, as well as a valuation for insurance and authenticity.
