Vintage Cartier Channel Set Blue Sapphire Earrings

A fabulous pair of vintage Cartier blue sapphire earrings set in 18k yellow gold.

From the now discontinued Cartier collection, each earring is composed of a chunky hoop. Each hoop features a vibrant channel set line of baguette cut blue sapphires. The earrings are secured to reverse with a post and omega clip fitting for added security.

Due to the size and design these earrings could be worn for a variety of occasions! The blue sapphires add a perfect pop of colour to the lobe and they sit incredibly comfortably.

For size reference the earrings measure 1.8-centimetres in length and 1-centimetre in thickness. There is an estimated total sapphire weight of 1.44 carats and all of the sapphires have been beautifully matched in colour! There is a combine gross weight of 12.1 grams and the earrings are individually signed and hallmarked Cartier, 750, with matching serial numbers: 968538. French hallmarks can also be found. Circa early 2000’s.
