Vintage Cartier 1960s Diamond Clip Earrings in Yellow Gold

A classic pair of vintage Cartier floral diamond clip earrings set in 18k yellow gold, circa 1960s.

From Cartier’s discontinued collection, the earrings are set in floral motifs with 66 round brilliant-cut diamonds. They are secured to reverse with an omega clip fitting. However, a post can be added upon request. The design is timelessly stylish, elevated by handcrafted rope detailing.

Due to their design and size, these earrings can be worn for various occasions. They are perfect as a statement piece.

The total weight of the diamonds is assessed as 3.00 carats, ranging from E-F in colour with VVS clarity. For size reference, each earring measures approximately 3.05 centimetres in diameter. They have a gross weight of 24.9 grams.

Both earrings are signed and hallmarked Cartier, with matching serial number 02153 (faint). Lastly, this piece is accompanied by a Cartier box, as well as a valuation for insurance and authenticity.
