Certified Vintage Cartier Asscher Cut Diamond Ring

A beautiful vintage Cartier asscher cut diamond engagement ring set in 18k yellow gold.

The piece is centrally set with an extremely elegant independently certified square emerald cut (asscher)diamond. The diamond is securely four claw set to centre and is sided by two elegant tapered baguette cut diamonds.

Once on the finger the ring is extremely elegant. The pairing of the tapered baguettes with the asscher cut subtly echo’s that of the Art Deco era and brings a beautiful balance to the piece. Due to the design, the ring could easily be paired/stacked against other rings such as a wedding and/or eternity band.

The central diamond is HRD certified as a 1.08 carat stone, F in colour with VVS1 clarity (certificate report number: 05005130022). The grading of this stone is superb and once on the hand sparkles beautifully. Within the shoulders there is a total diamond weight of 0.12 carats (making each tapered baguette 0.06carats each). These diamonds are a near perfect match to the central stone being F in colour with VS clarity. The piece is currently a UK finger size M (USA size approximate 6) but can be easily resized for a perfect fit upon request.

For size reference, once on the hand, the head of the ring measures 1.4 x 0.5 centimetres and there is a gross weight of 3.0 grams. Lastly the ring is signed and hallmarked Cartier, 750, 1.08 (referencing the central diamond), with the serial number HL503458. The ring is accompanied with the original Cartier certificate.
