A beautiful vintage Van Cleef & Arpels black onyx Alhambra pendant necklace set in 18k yellow gold.
The pendant is set with the iconic Alhambra design. It hangs from a 16.54-inch yellow-gold trace chain, secured with a lobster claw fastening. Inspired by icons of luck, the clover leaf. The design is simple and timelessly elegant, elevated by bead detailing around the smooth onyx.
Due to the design and size, this necklace would make a perfect everyday piece of jewellery. Similar models of this necklace are available in Van Cleef & Arpels stores for a retail price of £2,590.
For size reference, the pendant measures approximately 1.5 centimetres in diameter. The necklace measures 37 to 42 centimetres in length (with a jump ring), with a gross weight of 4.9 grams.
