A mesmerizing Patek Philippe serpent diamond necklace in 18-karat yellow gold. The necklace is designed as two stylised serpents with pave-set diamond heads biting a similarly-set O-shape openwork terminal, the snake’s bodies composed of articulated Palma link chains in yellow gold, triply secured with a click-shut mechanism and two safety catch fittings. Dimensions: 42cm. Accompanied by maker’s pouch.
