Ruby and Diamond Oval Halo Pendant Necklace

The pendant is centrally set with a beautiful coloured red oval cut ruby which is surrounded by 18 sparkly round brilliant cut diamonds. The pendant hangs from a polished white gold bail and hangs from a 18 inch snake chain which is included with the price of the pendant.
