Vintage Bvlgari Serpenti Diamond and Rubellite Necklace

A beautiful vintage Bvlgari Serpenti pendant necklace set in 18k rose gold.

The pendant depicts Bvlgari’s most iconic motif, the Serpenti snake. The pendant is formed of a geometric snakes head which is split into three main components that are connected together via articulated links. The snakes head is set with 40 individual round brilliant cut diamonds with a further larger diamond acting as a bail to the snake. The snake s then set with two pear cut rubellite stones. The snake elegantly hangs from a Bvlgari 18 inch-long rose gold chain.

Due to the design this pendant could be worn for a variety of occasions. The snake stands out beautifully once around the neck and the rubellites provide the perfect amount of colour to the overall look. The pendant does include a chain.

There is an estimated total diamond weight of 1.33 carats, ranging G-H in colour with VVS clarity. For size reference the snake head motif measures 2.2 x 3.3 centimetres and there is a gross weight of 17.1 grams. The pendant is signed and hallmarked Bvlgari, 750, with the serial number RNVA8C.
