A truly stunning vintage blue sapphire and diamond cluster ring set in 18k yellow and white gold.
The piece is centrally set with a vibrant oval cut blue sapphire which is ten-claw set securely. The sapphire has a fantastic blue colour to it and is surrounded by a cluster of ten round brilliant cut diamonds; all of which are claw set in a white gold setting. The head of the ring flows round nicely to a 2.5-millimetre yellow gold band.
Once worn the piece truly comes to life. The balance between the central sapphire and surrounding diamonds is extremely elegant and the ring could be worn for a variety of occasions!
The head of the ring is slightly raised which makes it easy to wear with other rings. There is a total sapphire weight of 2.99 carats. There is an estimated total diamond weight of 2.50 carats, estimated G-H in colour with VS clarity. The ring is currently a UK finger size L (USA size 6 ) but this can be resized for a perfect fit. The ring is hallmarked for 18 carat gold. London.
For size reference, the head of the ring measures 1.7 x 1.9 centimetres and there is a gross weight of 7.1 grams.
