Cushion Cut Blue Sapphire and Half-Moon Diamond Three Stone

A beautiful blue sapphire and diamond three stone engagement ring set in 18k yellow gold and platinum.

The piece is predominantly set with a natural cushion cut blue sapphire which is securely four-claw set to centre. To either side of the central sapphire are two perfectly matched half-moon cut diamonds; set identically in rub-over platinum open back settings.

Once on the piece truly comes to life! Due to the design and the stones being slightly raised on the hand this ring can perfect be placed next to a wedding and/or eternity band. The combination of the vibrant blue sapphire against the side stones is extremely elegant and pairs beautifully with the yellow gold shank.

The central sapphire has a total weight of 3.02 carats and has a fantastic colouring to it! Both side stones are a perfect match weighing 0.25 carats each (0.50 carats total diamond weight). Both half-moons are G/H in colour with VVS clarity. The ring is currently a UK finger size N 1/2, USA finger size 6 3/4, but this can be resized for a perfect fit.

Lastly, the ring is stamped 750 (for 18k gold), SL (Susannah Lovis makers mark). For size reference the head of the ring measures 1.3 x 0.7 centimetres and there is a gross weight of 4.5 grams.
